The facility employs an imported Mexican lime crusher to separate juice from peel. After two wash cycles and pressing, the peels move through controlled drying to achieve consistent moisture levels for further processing.
The all-stainless-steel production line minimises bitterness through a careful process — oil removal via skin puncture, gentle juice extraction, and pulping.
Mexican-designed technology using vacuum-based production with a cyclone arrangement creates lime oil of intermediate quality and pricing. A fractionation column separates lime and other essential oils. This represents India’s first vacuum lime-oil manufacturing approach.
Properly cleaned lime peels undergo alcohol precipitation to eliminate pigmentation and impurities. The plant uniquely employs screw-press and decanter separation, followed by vacuum tray drying.
A dedicated GMP-compliant facility with separate clean-room infrastructure processes approximately 60 tonnes of raw herbs monthly. Food-grade ethanol is our main solvent — a safer, preferred choice — though acetone, hexane, methanol or water are available on request.
Three spray driers (two of 100 kg and one of 50 kg water-evaporation capacity per hour) convert filtered, homogenised materials into free-flowing powders within dedicated clean rooms with a cooled air supply.
Comprehensive testing capabilities include Shimadzu HPLC and GC instruments, UV spectrophotometry, ridgelimeter, rotavap and a microbiology laboratory — supporting batch standardisation across every line.
