Pectin  is made from properly washed/dried Lime Peels which gives the best quality Pectin. The process adopted is Alcohol Precipitation which totally eliminate pigment contamination and impurities.  Cifal Herbal is the only company to make use of Screw Press and Decanter in Pectin separation. The Pectin is dried on a vacuum tray drier to get the best results.
