A 5000 kg. per hour  Lime Crusher imported from Mexico separates the juice (for distillation) and the peels. The peels are then shredded to about 10mm. size on a peel shredder imported from USA. Then the peels are washed twice and pressed before going for a controlled vibratory feed Drying system.
